For all the colour lovers; an amazing flower with a bold style and a rare beauty.
Fritillaria Elwesii has a slender stem, that can support up to three bell-shaped, olive-green flowers. Each flower has purple, aubergine-coloured stripes. The petals bend out at the end, shaded a subtle yellow. The open flower shows off the yellow stamens.
When the sun hits these purple, near-black bells, it lights up with a golden glow. The yellow and purple bounce off of each other, a classic color combination that works very well. Love colour? You’ll be crazy about Elwesii!
This variety can grow up to about 40 cm high.
